Return/Exchange policy:

Please inspect your order completely upon arrival and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return any or all of it for an exchange or a complete refund to your credit card, less shipping, within 30 days of receipt. We also ask that the package remain in it's original condition so that it may be restocked upon return.

If you have any problems or errors with your order, please call toll free to 1-718-788-1110 and ask for customer service and a return authorization number with be provided to put on your package. Packages returned without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer. When you are given the return authorization number, write this clearly on the outside of the package. Include a copy of the invoice with your name, address, phone number, and reason for return.
